IRFC vs RVNL vs IRCON vs RITES: As the Indian stock market remained jittery on Monday top railway sector stocks including IRFC, RVNL, IRCON and RITES continued to gained slowly and steadily.

Nifty 50 opened marginally lower at 25005 points, whereas BSE Sensex opened above 82350 points on May 19. Railway, along with Defence, continued their bullish momentum today.

Top railway sector stocks including Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC), Indian Railway Construction International Limited, Rail India Technical and Economic Service, etc are surging today, a trajectory showcased in past few trading sessions as well.

"The broader markets outperformed the benchmarks with sectors like railways and defence witnessing continous buying. The Nifty Midcap 100 index settled 0.94 per cent higher, led by gains in Cochin Shipyard (13 per cent), Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (10.7 per cent), RVNL (9.18 per cent), Premier Energies (9.6 per cent) and SJVN (6.1 per cent)," noted Centrum in its market commentary on Friday.

IRFC Stock Price Today

Shares of railway-sector NBFC surged on Monday and opened higher at Rs 140 per share on BSE. The company scrip was trading 1.88% higher at Rs 141.5 per share on BSE at 11:30 am. Its market capitalisation stood at Rs 1,84,461.96 crore.

The company scrip had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 229.05 per share on BSE on 15 July 2025. Whereas, its stock had dipped to a 52-week low mark of Rs 108.05 per share on BSE on 3 March, 2025.

RVNL Stock Price Today

Shares of Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) were trading 5.18% higher at Rs 430.8 per share on BSE on Monday at 11:30 am. The company scrip touched an intraday high mark of Rs 438.50 per share with a market capitalisation of Rs 89,833.09 crore. RVNL stock had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 647 on 15 July, 2024. The company stock had plunged to its 52-week-low mark of Rs 280.65 apiece on 17 May 2024.

Antique Brokerages, in its latest market report, had retained a 'Sell' ratings for RVNL stock on Monday with a target price of Rs 215 per share. The brokerage had indicated a downside of 47% on the stock value.

IRCON

Indian Railway Construction International Limited (IRCON) shares enjoyed significant interest of Dalal Street investors on Monday. IRCON shares were trading 4.08% higher at Rs 196.45 per share on BSE at 11:30 am. Its market capitalisation stood at Rs 18,476.43 crore. The company scrip had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 351.65 apiece on 15 July 2025. The stock is recovering from its 52-week low mark of Rs 134.30 per share touched on 3 March, 2025.

Antique stock brokerage has given a 'Hold' rating for IRCON with a target price of Rs 153 per share. The brokerage has hinted of a 19% downside on the stock value.

RITES Stock Price Today

Shares of civil construction firm Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES Limited) were trading 3.62% higher at Rs 297.80 per share on BSE on Monday at 11:45 am. Their market capitalisation stood at Rs 14,312.38 crore. The company scrip touched a 52-week-high mark of Rs 398.50 per share on 15 July 2024. The company stock had touched a 52-week low mark of Rs 192.3 apiece on BSE on 3 March 2025.

RITES stock has been assigned a 'Hold' rating with a target price of Rs 259 per share on BSE, according to Antique Brokerage.
