Capital Utilization and Investor Participation
Both Jana Small Finance Bank and Capital Small Finance Bank plan to utilize the funds raised from their respective IPOs to augment their core capital and meet future capital requirements. This will enable them to strengthen their financial positions and expand their operations.
Anchor investors will have the opportunity to bid on February 6, and both IPOs include reservations for eligible employees. Additionally, 5% of each issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, exclusively available to mutual funds. Up to 15% of the offers will be allocated to non-institutional investors, with specific portions reserved for bidders based on application size.
The upcoming IPOs of Jana Small Finance Bank and Capital Small Finance Bank mark significant milestones in India's financial landscape.
