Jana Small Finance Bank, headquartered in Bengaluru, has set the price band for its IPO at Rs 393-414 per share. The public offering will open for subscription on February 7 and aims to raise Rs 570 crore. The issue consists of a primary share sale of Rs 462 crore at the upper end of the price band and an offer for sale of Rs 108 crore.

Jana Holdings, the bank's promoter, currently holds a 32% stake and will reduce it to around 25% post-issue. Several external investors, including TPG Asia (9.14%), Morgan Stanley's North Haven PE (7%), Amansa Holdings (9%), Hero Enterprises Partner Ventures (4.85%), Bharati Satya Trustees (3.09%), and Volrado Venture Partners (3.32%), among others, hold a collective 68% stake in the company. These external investors will sell 10 million shares through the offer for sale.

Capital Small Finance Bank IPO Details

Capital Small Finance Bank, another key player in the small finance banking sector, has also announced its IPO. The bank's public offering will open on the same day as Jana Small Finance Bank's IPO, February 7, and will feature a price band of Rs 445-468 per share. The IPO aims to raise Rs 523 crore.

Capital Utilization and Investor Participation

Both Jana Small Finance Bank and Capital Small Finance Bank plan to utilize the funds raised from their respective IPOs to augment their core capital and meet future capital requirements. This will enable them to strengthen their financial positions and expand their operations.

Anchor investors will have the opportunity to bid on February 6, and both IPOs include reservations for eligible employees. Additionally, 5% of each issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, exclusively available to mutual funds. Up to 15% of the offers will be allocated to non-institutional investors, with specific portions reserved for bidders based on application size.
