JetSetGo Launches Air Mobility India: A Community Platform for Advanced Air Mobility

JetSetGo, a marketplace for private jet and helicopter charters, has introduced a new platform focused on advanced air mobility (AAM) in India. This initiative, named Air Mobility India, aims to unite industry stakeholders and enthusiasts of sustainable aviation to promote eco-friendly urban and regional air transportation. The platform will serve as a collaborative space for sharing knowledge and ideas.

The platform is built on four main pillars, with a resource section serving as a comprehensive hub for AAM-related news, blogs, and updates. It will also compile global AAM content and plans to gradually introduce a video library. "We envision it as a lively community where people share knowledge, express ideas, debate the issues and accelerate India's leadership in building future-ready, clean, and connected air mobility solutions," stated Kanika Tekriwal, Founder of JetSetGo.

Advanced Air Mobility Focus

Advanced Air Mobility refers to environmentally friendly air transport solutions. JetSetGo's initiative aligns with national efforts to make air travel more accessible, similar to the UDAN regional connectivity scheme. The platform will facilitate discussions on local priorities like improving medical transport in remote areas or reducing travel times in cities while keeping an eye on global AAM trends.

Jonathan Sumner, Chief Strategy Officer of JetSetGo, highlighted the importance of community engagement for the future of aviation. "As India prepares to embrace AAM, we need a space where innovators, regulators, businesses, and citizens can interact openly on the opportunities and the challenges. This community will be the key to shaping the community engagement and trust that this next era of aviation demands," he said.

Community Engagement and AI Integration

The platform aims to foster open interaction among innovators, regulators, businesses, and citizens. Discussions will focus on both local priorities and global AAM developments. An AI assistant named Ami is being developed to guide users through the platform. Ami will collect interaction data to aid research and development while forecasting user needs.

This initiative by JetSetGo seeks to create a vibrant community that accelerates India's leadership in developing clean and connected air mobility solutions. By bringing together various stakeholders, the platform aims to address both opportunities and challenges in this emerging sector.
