Jewellery Stock In Focus: PC Jeweller share price will remain in focus on Tuesday, after the jewellery maker announced allotment of 1.10 crore of equity shares after warrant conversion. In another update, PC Jeweller confirmed repaying outstanding debt of 7 out of 14 banks.
PC Jeweller stock closed 4.1% higher at Rs 9.64 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 8,337.25 crore on Monday, August 3. The stock touched its intraday high mark of Rs 9.76 per share and its intraday low mark of Rs 9.25 per share.

PC Jeweller Equity Shares Allotment
The company's board of directors approved the allotment of 1,10,50,000 equity shares upon conversion of Fully Convertible Warrants and consequential changes in the paid-up equity share capital.
"The Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed by Circulation on August 03, 2026 allotted 1,10,50,000 (One Crore Ten Lakh Fifty Thousand) equity shares having face value of Re 1/- (Rupee One Only) each to Shri Balram Garg," as per the company BSE filing. The allotment will be made upon conversion of 1.1 crore warrants, upon receipt of the balance amount aggregating to Rs 14,91,75,000. The allotment will be finalised at the rate of Rs 13.5 per warrant (being 75% of the Issue Price per Warrant).
PC Jeweller Debt Milestone Update
The company repaid outstanding of another consortium bank as part of its long-term aim to repay all the debt and achieve debt-free status. "With this successful clearance of debt, the Company has now repaid all the outstanding debt of 7 out of the 14 consortium banks. The company would like to further inform that the outstanding debts of all the 7 banks have been prepaid and discharged well before the scheduled due date of their repayment which further reaffirms the company's objective of accomplishing a debt free status in the current quarter itself."
PC Jeweller Share Price Trend
The stock ended higher on Tuesday. It touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 15.95 per share on BSE on August 4, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 7.45 per share on March 30, 2026. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 20.94%. Its share price value has surged around 3.1% in a week. But it has declined around 35% in one year.
