Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd says LPG cylinder supply to parts of its store network has been constrained amid the geopolitical situation in the Middle East. The Domino’s Pizza operator says the impact is limited so far, and it is conserving LPG while speeding up transitions to electricity and piped natural gas (PNG) with support from oil marketing companies.
Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd said LPG cylinder supply to parts of its store network is tight. The company linked the issue to the geopolitical situation in West Asia. Jubilant FoodWorks runs quick-service chains, including Dominos Pizza and Dunkin Donuts. It said the operational effect is limited so far and is being managed.

In a regulatory filing, the company attributed the wider constraint to commercial LPG distribution. It said the supply situation is changing and needs close tracking. Jubilant FoodWorks added that it is coordinating responses across teams. The company also said it is watching developments and adjusting operations as needed.
LPG supply constraints and Jubilant FoodWorks store operations
"...we wish to inform that due to the ongoing geopolitical situation in the Middle East, there are supply constraints on the distribution of commercial LPG across the country,\" Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd JFL said in a regulatory filing. \"Consequently, JFL said, The supply of LPG cylinders to certain parts of the companys store network has been constrained.\"
The company said it is taking steps to reduce LPG use at outlets. It also said teams are working extra hours to shift to other energy options. Jubilant FoodWorks listed electricity and piped natural gas PNG as alternatives. These changes are aimed at keeping store operations stable during the constraint.
LPG alternatives and engagement with oil marketing companies for Jubilant FoodWorks
JFL said it is staying in touch with oil marketing companies OMCs for updates. The company said this engagement helps plan operational responses. It described the situation as fast-changing and said plans may shift as inputs change. Jubilant FoodWorks said it is monitoring distribution conditions across locations.
JFL said current disruption levels are small and under control. \"Operational impact at this stage is limited and being actively managed,\" it added. The company also said it has systems and processes to handle short-term issues. It said it will continue to closely monitor the situation.
