How To Claim Kerala Dhanalekshmi DL 51 Lottery Prize?

Prize winners can claim their winnings through authorised Kerala lottery shops, designated banks or the Kerala State Lotteries Department, depending on the prize amount. Winners must produce the original winning ticket and the required documents while submitting their claim.

For prizes below Rs 5,000, winners can claim the amount from authorised Kerala lottery shops. For prizes above Rs 5,000, the winning ticket has to be submitted through designated banks or the State Lotteries Department along with the prescribed documents.

The documents required for claiming higher-value lottery prizes include:

• A claim application along with a self-attested photocopy of both sides of the winning ticket.
• Two passport-size photographs of the prize winner, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary.

• In case the prize winner is a minor, a guardianship certificate issued by the competent authority.

• A self-attested copy of the PAN card.
• An attested identity proof, such as a Ration Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election ID Card.
