Latent View Analytics IPO Saw Retail Participation More Than Nykaa

Latent View Analytics IPO which was given a thumbs up by most brokerages has garnered retail interest even more than Nykaa which made a record 100% listing day gain. Retail participation or bids for subscription in the issue stood at 124 times. Participation by QIB or qualified institutional buyers was at 151x, while that by HNIs or high net worth investor category stood at 882 times. Overall the issue was over-subscribed 338 times.

The company shall be issuing equity capital in the price band of Rs. 190-197. The lot size comprises 76 shares. As per the latest figures, the issue in the grey market is attracting a premium of Rs. 290 per share.

The company is into providing the in-demand data and analytics, advanced predictive analytics, data engineering and digital solutions. annualised earnings, which Reliance Securities said was a reasonable pricing. The growth in IT spend was expected to be largely driven by investments in digital technologies, as enterprises scale up digital transformation efforts across business units, it added, with a subscribe rating.

Through the issue, the issue plans to raise a total of Rs. 600 crore. Retail allotment ratio shall be 1:90 approximately.
