Latest OTT Releases July List

Peddi (Netflix)

Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor-starrer Peddi, a Telugu sports action drama, is one of the biggest OTT premieres this week, debuting on Netflix from July 9. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the period drama follows a daily-wage labourer with extraordinary cricketing skills from a remote village in Andhra Pradesh who battles social barriers to fulfil his sporting dream. The film cast includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, Boman Irani, Ravi Kishan, Viji Chandrasekhar and Shruti Haasan in a cameo appearance.

Ikka (Netflix)

This Hindi legal drama marks the OTT debut of Sunny Deol, who will be seen alongside Akshay Khanna, Tillotama Shome, Dia Mirza, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Shishir Sharma and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor. Streaming from July 10, Sunny plays the character of celebrated lawyer Arjun Mehra, who is compelled to defend Shauryamann Gaur (Akshaye Khanna), a man he suspects may be guilty of attempted murder.

Balti (SonyLIV)

Starring Shane Nigam, this Malayalam sports drama will premiere from July 10. The movie follows Udhayan, popularly known as Balti, a talented kabaddi player whose life changes after defeating the team of a local crime boss.

I'm Not Afraid (Netflix)

Adapted from Niccolò Ammaniti's bestselling novel with the same name, this coming-of-age thriller follows a ten-year-old Miguel who discovers a haunting kidnapping secret. Set against the backdrop of 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexico, I'm Not Afraid will start streaming on Netflix from July 8.

Parimala & Co. (Zee5)

Starring Jayaram and Urvashi, this Tamil family entertainer follows an ordinary Chennai family whose lives spiral into chaos after a local troublemaker is found dead. Directed by Pandiraaj, the dark comedy thriller will mark its digital debut on July 10.

Land of Football (JioHotstar)

Premiering on July 10, this Malayalam documentary explores the deep-rooted love for football in Kerala. Directed by Hasif Hakeem, it shows how the sport has become an inseparable part of the state's culture and identity.

Nothing to Lose (Netflix)

This emotional drama, starring Belgian actor and comedian Nawell Madani, will start streaming from July 8. The story follows Madani, who plays the role of a woman who finally becomes a mother after years of struggling to have a child. However, when her young son is diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia, she is forced to begin a desperate journey in search of a compatible donor.

Trying Season 5 (Apple TV+)

Starring Rafe Spall and Esther Smith, the beloved feel-good show returns for its fifth season on July 8. This season, Nikki (Esther Smith) and Jason (Rafe Spall) will face fresh challenges as Kat (Charlotte Riley), the biological mother of their adopted kids, Princess and Tyler, unexpectedly re-enters their lives.
