LEAP India IPO Opens August 7: Price Band, GMP, Lot Size And All You Need To Know Before Applying
LEAP India Ltd which is the country's largest on-demand supply chain asset pooling company, is set to open its initial public offering on August 7th.
The issue closes on August 11th and is a book-built offer worth Rs 2,480 crore in total. Of this, Rs 480 crore will come in as a fresh issue of 3.02 crore shares, while the remaining Rs 2,000 crore is an offer for sale of 12.58 crore shares by existing shareholders.
Since an OFS does not bring fresh money into the company, only the Rs 480 crore fresh issue portion will strengthen LEAP India's own balance sheet, with the rest simply changing hands from existing investors to new ones.
