Loveyapa Box Office Collection: Junaid Khan & Khushi Kapoor’s Film Overshadowed by Sanam Teri Kasam Re-Release

The Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor starrer Loveyapa, which hit theaters last Friday, is slowly but steadily maintaining its momentum at the box office. Despite facing competition from other releases, like Badass Ravikumar and the Sana Teri Kasam re-release, the romantic comedy continues to attract audiences, especially during Valentine's Week.

Loveyapa Box Office Collection Till Date

Loveyapa had a decent start at the box office, maintaining a steady performance over its first three days. As per Sacnilk, the film collected ₹2.80 crore in India net earnings over Days 1 and 2, followed by an additional ₹1.75 crore on Day 3, bringing its total India net collection to ₹4.55 crore. The movie's worldwide collection currently stands at ₹5.35 crore, matching its India gross collection, while overseas earnings are yet to be updated. As the film continues its theatrical run, it remains to be seen if it can gain momentum in the coming days.

Loveyapa vs. Sanam Teri Kasam: Box Office Comparison

The recently released Loveyapa and the re-released Sanam Teri Kasam have both drawn audiences to theaters, but their box office performances tell a different story.

Loveyapa had a steady start, collecting ₹2.80 crore in India net earnings over Days 1 and 2, followed by ₹1.75 crore on Day 3, bringing its total three-day India net collection to ₹4.55 crore.

Meanwhile, Sanam Teri Kasam, re-released after nine years, is shining at the box office. According to Sacnilk's report, the film has collected approximately Rs. 15.50 crore in just three days, which is more than the total budget of the movie, which was Rs. 14 crore, making its re-release a massive success.

Loveyapa Movie Review

Loveyapa is the official Bollywood remake of the 2022 Tamil blockbuster "Love Today." The film, directed by Advait Chandan and produced by AGS Entertainment and Phantom Films. With Amir Khan's son Junaid Khan and Sri Devi's daughter Khushi Kapoor in the lead roles, the film provides a refreshing take on modern relationships. This is definitely an ideal watch during Valentine's Week.
