LPG Cylinder Price Hike: 19-kg Commercial Gas Cylinder Gets Costlier, Check Latest Prices Here

Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) in India have increased the prices of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 21 per cylinder in various cities throughout the country.The revised prices will be effective from today i.e. December 1. One should note that the price of domestic LPG - used in household kitchens for cooking purposes is still the same at Rs 903 per 14.2-kg cylinder.Thus, the price of domestic LPG - used in household kitchens for cooking purposes has neither been raised nor lowered.

Following the recent hike in LPG prices, one 19-kilogram commercial LPG cylinder is retailing at Rs 1,796.5 in New Delhi and Rs 1,749 in Mumbai. The price was revised to Rs 1,968.5 in Chennai and Rs 1,908 in Kolkata.

Meanwhile, a 19 kg LPG cylinder is now priced at Rs 1968.50 in Chennai. Earlier, a 19kg LPG cylinder in Delhi was sold at Rs 1775.50, Rs 1885.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1728 in Mumbai, and Rs 1942 in Chennai.

Apart from this, Jet fuel or Aviation turbine fuel (ATF) price was also slashed by 4.6% in the national capital from Rs 1,11,344.92 per kilolitre to Rs 1,06,155.67 per kilolitre, according to a price notification of state-owned fuel retailers.

Prior to today's revision, the commercial LPG prices were slashed by Rs 57 on November 16.
