LPG Prices From November 1: 19Kg Cylinder Prices Hiked By Rs 61-62 On Diwali Laxmi Pujan; ATF Prices Revised

LPG Prices: On the day of Diwali Laxmi Pujan, Indian oil marketing companies hiked the prices of LPG cylinders in 19Kg by Rs 61 to Rs 62 in metro cities. The new rates have come into effect from November 1, 2024, and will continue for the entire month. LPG prices are revised on a monthly basis. That being said, the LPG prices of 14.2 kg cylinders have remained unchanged since August 2024. Apart from this, leading OMC has also revised its jet fuel prices, which will keep the aviation sector in focus.

LPG Prices In 19KG Cylinder Effective From November 1:

Largest OMC, Indian Oil Corporation has increased the rates of LPG cylinder per 19kg. The highest hike is seen in Mumbai and Delhi, followed by Chennai and Kolkata. However, LPG prices in Kolkata crossed Rs 1,900 per 19kg cylinder mark, and the same cylinder is now over Rs 35 away from hitting Rs 2,000 mark.

Meanwhile, LPG prices have crossed Rs 1,800 and Rs 1,750 for the first time in Delhi and Mumbai. Here are the latest rates for November 2024:

LPG Price In Delhi: LPG price is hiked by Rs 62 to Rs 1,802 per 19kg Cylinder from November 1, compared to the price of Rs 1,740 per cylinder in October 2024.

LPG Price In Kolkata: The price here is raised by Rs 61 to Rs 1,911.5 per 19kg cylinder as against the previous month's Rs 1,850.5 per cylinder.

LPG Price In Mumbai: In the financial hub of India, a 19kg cylinder is now available at Rs 1,754.5 from November 1, up by Rs 62 from the previous price of Rs 1,692.5 per cylinder.

LPG Price In Chennai: In this southern city, LPG price increased by Rs 61.5 per cylinder to Rs 1,964.5 in November, as against previous month's Rs 1,903 per cylinder.

LPG Prices Of 14.2 Kg Per Cylinder:

The price of LPG 14.2 kg per cylinder has remained unchanged since August 1, 2024. The latest prices are:

Delhi: 14.2kg LPG is at Rs 803 per cylinder.

Kolkata: 14.2kg LPG is at Rs 829 per cylinder.

Mumbai: 14.2 kg LPG is at Rs 802.50 per cylinder.

Chennai: 14.2 kg LPG is at RS 818.50 per cylinder.

Indane LPG is sold and delivered in eight different pack sizes. The 5 kg and 14.2 kg cylinders are largely meant for domestic use and comprise almost 90% of all gas distributed, while the 19 kg, 47.5 kg and 425 kg Jumbo cylinders are marketed for industrial and commercial consumption.

From November 1, 2024, in Indian rupees, jet fuel price is at Rs 90,538.72 per kiloliter in Delhi, while the price is at Rs 93,392.79 per kiloliter in Kolkata, at Rs 84,642.91 in Mumbai, and lastly at Rs 93,957.10 in Chennai.

Further, in dollar terms, ATF prices is at $818.09 per kiloliter in Delhi, at $856.89 in Kolkata, at $817.37 in Mumbai, and at $817.37 per kiloliter in Chennai.
