Dividend Bonanza: One of India's largest cement producers, UltraTech Cement, on Monday, announced its highest-ever dividend payout. The company announced 2,400% dividend for investors.
UltraTech Cement share price ended 0.02% higher at Rs 12013.2 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 3,54,003.98 crore. The stock had dipped to an intraday low of Rs 11873.30 per share and an intraday high of Rs 12235.00 per share.

The company's board of directors approved an interim dividend of 2400% with a face value of Rs 10 per share. The board "recommended dividend of 2400% at the rate of Rs. 240 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company," as per the BSE filing released on Monday.

UltrTech Cement Q4 Result
UltraTech Cement, on Monday, reported a 20% annual jump in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The cement maker reported a net profit of Rs 2,983 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 2,482 crore reported in the year-ago period.
The company's net profit growth was driven by 9.3% increase in sales volumes to 42.4 million tonne during the quarter under review. UltraTech Cement's capacity utilisation reached 89%. The Aditya Birla Group firm's revenue from operations surged by 12% to Rs 25,799 crore in Q4FY26.
Its revenue from operations increased by 12% to Rs 25,799 crore in Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 23,063 crore in fourth quarter of FY26.
