MHADA Lottery 2025: Apply Now at for Flats & Plots in Thane, Vasai or Sindhudurg: Check Key Dates & Website

The Konkan Housing Development Board under the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has officially launched its housing lottery for July 2025. The draw will include 5,285 flats and 77 residential plots across Thane city, Thane district, Vasai (Palghar district), Oros (Sindhudurg district) and Kulgaon-Badlapur under various housing schemes.

MHADA Lottery 2025 Registration Begins

The initiative was launched under the 'Go-Live' program on Monday at 1 PM by MHADA Vice President and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal. The registration and payment process began on July 14, 2025, with the final deadline for application set for August 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The housing options in this lottery have been divided across five schemes.

These include 565 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, 3,002 flats under the 15% Integrated City Housing Scheme, 1,677 flats under the MHADA Konkan Mandal Housing Scheme, and 41 flats under the same scheme with 50% affordability criteria. Additionally, 77 plots will be offered in Oros and Kulgaon-Badlapur, providing options for those looking to build their own homes.

The final deadline to apply online is 13 August 2025, while the last date to make the payment is 14 August 2025, both by 11:59 PM. Only applicants who complete the application and payment process correctly will be considered for the lottery draw. The draft list of accepted applications will be published on 21 August at 6 PM on the official MHADA website (https://housing.mhada.gov.in).

Applicants will have time to raise claims and objections until 25 August 2025, 6 PM. The final list of eligible applicants will be released on 1 September at 6 PM, followed by a computerised draw on 3 September 2025 at 10 AM. The draw event will be held at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Natya Gruh, Thane, and will be open to public viewership.

To streamline the process, MHADA has implemented the IHLMS 2.0 (Integrated Housing Lottery Management System) for registrations. Applicants can download the IHLMS 2.0 app on Android or iOS devices or visit the official MHADA portal to apply. The process includes filling out personal details, uploading necessary documents like ID proofs and photographs, and completing the payment online.
