Midcap Defence Stock Hit 5% Upper Circuit On Securing Rs 227.65 Cr Order From MoD

Midcap Aerospace & Defence company Zen Technologies Limited on Friday hit 5% upper circuit after the company informed that it has received an order worth Rs 227.65 Crores (including GST) from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India.

According to the regulatory filing by the company, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (as amended from time to time) we wish to inform that the Company has received order worth of Rs. 227.65 crores including GST from Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India."

On Friday, Zen Technologies' stock locked in 5% upper circuit at Rs 728.05 apiece on the BSE. The stock declined 6.24% in1 week, and 13.99% in 1 month, respectively.
