MIndspace Business Parks REIT Lists At 10.55 Percent Premium At Rs. 304 Per Share

Mindspace Business Parks REIT listed at 10.55% premium at Rs. 304 apiece against its issue price set at Rs. 275 per equity share. The issue attracted substantial investor interest with subscription of nearly 13 times. The issue attracted bids for 87.8 crore units as against the total issue size of 6.77 crore.

The issue will be put under the 'IF' Group of Securities list.

The Rs. 45,000 crore IPO issue was open for subscription from July 27 to July 29. The offer comprised a fresh issue of units aggregating up to Rs. 1000 crore and offer for sale of units of Rs. 3500 crore.

Real estate investment trusts or REITs are entities owning or financing income-producing real esttae. Holders of REIT earn a share of income generated via real estate investment.

In the REIT space, it is the second company after Embassy Office Parks REIT to list on the exchanges.
