The agreement will be effective for five years, during which DDP and NSE will conduct awareness drives through seminars, MSME camps, knowledge sessions, roadshows, and workshops.

These initiatives aim to guide corporate firms engaged with the Ministry of Defence on fundraising through the NSE Emerge platform. The NSE will also assist MSMEs in connecting with intermediaries such as merchant bankers, registrars, transfer agents, and depositories. They will provide guidance on capital markets, capital raising mechanisms, regulatory compliance, and requirements.
