Sarveshwar Foods Limited has informed the stock market that a meeting of its Board of Directors was held on Thursday, May 16, in which the financial results for the fourth quarter of the last financial year have been approved. Sarveshwar Foods Limited has told the stock market that its revenue from operations in the fourth quarter of the last financial year was Rs 111.8 crore, which was Rs 98.93 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 65.39 crore in the third quarter of the last financial year.
The company has told the exchange that its profit before tax in the fourth quarter of the last financial year was Rs 2.95 crore which was Rs 2.65 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 68 lakh in the fourth quarter of the last financial year. Sarveshwar Foods has informed the stock market that its profit after paying tax in the fourth quarter of the last financial year was Rs 2.83 crore, which was Rs 1.92 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 55 lakh in the fourth quarter of the last financial year.

In the afternoon trade on Friday, the shares of Sarveshwar Foods Limited registered a decline of two per cent and were functioning at the level of Rs 9.50. Sarveshwar Foods Limited is a micro-cap agri export company with a market cap of Rs 930 crore whose shares have a 52-week high of Rs 15.55 and a 52-week low of Rs 2.19.
