The Nagaland state will declare the scheduled Dear Sambad Friday lottery results at 1PM, 6PM and 8PM. The live draw will be for three lotteries, namely Dear Victory (1PM), Dear Crown (6PM) and Dear Horizon (8PM). All offer Rs 1 crore as the bumper prize. How To Claim Nagaland Lottery Results Prizes?
First and foremost, you will be required to fill a form and submit it to the government to Nagaland for prizes that are above Rs 10,000.
For prizes below Rs 10,000, you can claim the amount from any authorized lottery shops in the state.
How To Claim Rs 1 Crore Nagaland Lottery Prizes?
Since, Rs 1 crore is the highest prize money, there are several instructions you must follow before submitting the claim form to the lottery department of Nagaland.
As per the guidelines, every winner/claimant should submit his/her claim in the prescribed form for all the Prizes exceeding Rs 10,000/- whether in a single ticket or in aggregate to the Director, Nagaland, State Lotteries/Nodal Officer.
Also, if the claim of any winner for prize money exceeding Rs 10,000/- whether in a single ticket or in aggregate value is presented before the Distributor vide this claim form or its distribution network (Including Sub Distributor, Area Distributor, Stockists, Sub Stockists, Agents & Retailers), they should advice the claimant to submit the same to the office of Nodal Officer/The Director, Nagaland State Lotteries.
In the application form, the Name of the claimant, Postal Address, Contact Number, Details of the Winning Ticket should be visibly clear along with Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Details of the Bank along with a cancelled cheque shall be enclosed.
Further, the original lottery ticket shall be enclosed with 3 passport size photos & photocopy of the documents duly attested by a First-Class Magistrate/ Notary Public along with an affidavit swearing the ownership of the winning ticket.
How Much Time It Takes For Nagaland Lottery Prizes To Get Credit?
According to the government's guidelines, the Director shall disburse the Prize Money after proper verification of genuineness of the Lottery Ticket(s) and deduction of all taxes liable.
There is 30% tax rate along with 4% cess imposed on any lottery winning amount. Hence, the prize will face similar taxes.
The Prize money shall only be paid in the form of RTGS/ Demand Draft etc., after deducting the necessary commission/ charges as applicable.
Last but not the least, all claims shall be submitted with complete application form and supporting documents to the Directorate/ Nodal Officer within 30 days from the date of draw published in its official gazattee for further process.
