Navin Fluorine International Declares Rs 5 Interim Dividend, Fixes Record Date, Details Inside

Navin Fluorine International Limited (NFIL) is one of the largest manufacturers of speciality fluorochemicals. It is a flagship Company of the industrial house of Padmanabh Mafatlal Group. Navin Fluorine International Declares Rs 5 Interim Dividend, Fixes Record Date

For the Financial Year 2022-2023, the Board of Directors of Navin Fluorine International Ltd. has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each. The Board of Directors also fixes the record date as November 4, 2020, for the same.

According to the company's regulatory filing on 19 October, "The Board of Directors, at its Meeting held today, has declared an interim dividend of ₹5/- (INR Five only) per equity share of the face value of ₹2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-2023. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Friday, November 4, 2022 has been fixed as the Record Date for ascertaining eligibility of Members for the payment of aforesaid Interim Dividend."

The share of the company last traded on NSE at Rs 4,418.75 per share, up 1.57% from its previous close.

The stock in a week fell 3.95%, whereas, in the past 1 month it fell 6.71%. It has given 26.16% in a year. The stock in the past 3 and 5 years has given multibagger returns of 473.57% and 519.13%, respectively.
