Navratna Stock Under Rs 45 Declares 205% Surge In Net Profit, Declares Dividend

Navratna PSU company NBCC (India) Limited declared its consolidated net profit for Q4 FY23 soared 205% to Rs 108.4 crore as against Rs 35 crore announced in the corresponding period of last year. NBCC (India) announced its revenue from operations for January-March quarter at Rs 2790 crore, up 4.3% as against Rs 2441 crore reported in the year ago period. NBCC (India) Declares Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company, "The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend @ 54 % i.e. Rs. 0.54 /- per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 1/- per share for the FY 2022-23 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend (if declared) would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM."
