NDTV Stocks Listed On BSE And NSE Under Short-Term ASM Framework As Adani Group Entity
The stocks of NDTV, an Adani Group entity, will be listed on the BSE and NSE on Tuesday under the short-term ASM framework.
High-low fluctuation, customer concentration, number of price band hits, close-to-close price variation, and price-earning ratio are among the measures used to shortlist shares under ASM.

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) announced in separate circulars on Monday that New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has been shortlisted in the short-term Additional Surveillance Measure (ASM) framework Stage-I, which will begin on May 30.
The move came after both bourses placed Adani Enterprises' flagship firm under the short-term ASM framework on May 25.
The BSE and NSE excluded NDTV from the long-term ASM framework last week.
On Monday, NDTV stock rose 5% on the BSE and NSE.
Hindenburg Research, a US short-seller, accused the Adani group of fraud and stock manipulation in a report published on January 24. However, a commission established by the Supreme Court found no evidence of stock price manipulation among the group companies.
