Unocoin is believed to be adding a 'Shop' button that will allow users to purchase vouchers from popular fast-food chains such as Dominos, Cafe Coffee Day, Baskin-Robbins, and others. The app will include a new dropdown menu that will allow users to purchase coupons in various INR values. The transaction will be completed by deducting the appropriate amount of Bitcoin from the user's wallet and sending them a voucher code.

Domino's Pizza, Himalaya Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Yatra.com, Joyalukkas jewellery, Baskin-Robbins ice cream, Prestige kitchen appliances, and Indian cafe chain Café Coffee Day are just a few of the well-known companies.

Users who are eligible for Unocoin can simply log in to a website or app, choose the value of the voucher they want to buy, and pay the Bitcoin equivalent amount. At checkout, the Bitcoin value of the vouchers is updated based on the current market price of the token. The vouchers can be redeemed on merchant websites or in real stores.

This isn't the first time a crypto exchange platform has made it possible to purchase consumer goods such as pizza and ice cream using cryptocurrency. Zebpay, a cryptocurrency trading site that launched in 2015, also allows customers to trade Bitcoin for vouchers.
