NSE IPO GMP Today
As per Investor Grain, NSE's GMP surged mildly to Rs 66 per share from the previous day's Rs 65 per share. Yesterday's NSE's GMP zoomed by a whopping 35.4% from Rs 48 per share on September 20th.
At the current GMP of Rs 66, the estimated listing price is of Rs 1,851 per share (Rs 1,785 IPO issue price + Rs 66 GMP). This signals a potential 3.70% premium listing on BSE.
NSE IPO Credit Of Shares
After the allotment status, NSE will credit its shares to eligible shareholders on September 23. The stock exchange will also initiate the refund process to those investors who did not made the cut.

Following this, NSE will debut on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
NSE opened its Rs 22,569 crore worth of IPO from September 17 to September 21st, at a price band of Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785. On the final day, the NSE IPO oversubscribed by 5.71 times with strong bidding from the QIB category, whose portion oversubscribed by 12.68 times. The retail and NII category portion also fully subscribed by 1.39 times and 6.55 times, respectively.
With an IPO size of such, NSE is the second largest IPO of the country. The title of mother of all IPOs in India is held by Hyundai with Rs 27,870 crore IPO size. NSE has surpassed the LIC IPO, which was launched in 2021 with a Rs 21,008 crore offer. At fourth and fifth are Paytm and Coal India's IPO of Rs 18,300 crore and Rs 15,200 crore, launched in 2021 and 2010, respectively.
But NSE is the largest stock exchange IPO. On Indian stock market, NSE will compete with its rival, BSE.
Taking into consideration NSE's upper price band of Rs 1,785, the market capitalization of the exchange is estimated to be around Rs 4,41,788 crore upon listing. If this happens, NSE will enter in the list of top 15 most valued companies in India. But it will also list three times bigger than BSE as well.
