NSE IPO GMP Falls Below 2.5% Ahead of Listing, Allotment Finalised: Check Status Online on NSE, BSE and Regist
Shares of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) are going to make their big bang debut in the stock market tomorrow, September 24, on the BSE.
The Allotment for the Rs. 22,569 crore public issue was finalised on September 22, and refunds along with share credit to demat accounts are expected to be processed by September 23.

NSE IPO Subscription and Issue details
The IPO opened for subscription on September 17 and closed on September 21, getting a strong overall demand of 5.71 times.
The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) portion led with 12.68 times bid, followed by non-institutional investors (NII) at 6.55 times, the employee portion at 2.40 times and the retail portion at 1.39 times.
The issue was priced in a band of Rs. 1,700 to Rs. 1,785 per share, with a lot size of 8 shares, meaning retail investors needed Rs. 14,280 for one lot at the upper end.
The entire offer was structured as an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 12.64 crore equity shares by existing shareholders, so the proceeds go to those shareholders and not to NSE itself.
Ahead of the issue, NSE raised Rs. 6,746 crore from anchor investors including LIC, Goldman Sachs and Fidelity. MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar, and the issue was managed by 20 book running lead managers.
NSE GMP cools off further ahead of listing
The grey market premium for NSE shares has declined over the last few days. As per data from Investorgain, GMP was near a high of Rs. 285 in early September however by September 22, the premium had narrowed to around Rs .48-54. The latest updated GMP today is at Rs. 43, translating to an estimated listing price of Rs. 1,828 against the Rs. 1,785 upper price and a gain of about 2.41%.

Step 3: Under "Select Symbol," choose "NSE."
Step 4: Enter your PAN number and application number, then submit to view your allotment status.

Step 1: Go to the BSE allotment status page
Step 2: Select the issue type as "Equity," choose NSE from the dropdown
Step 3: Enter your application number or PAN along with the captcha to check your status.
How to check with the registrar, MUFG Intime India
Visit the registrar's IPO allotment portal, select National Stock Exchange of India from the company list, choose PAN, application number or demat account as your search mode, enter the details and submit to view your allotment.
Applicants who do not receive an allotment will have their blocked funds released and IPO mandate revoked by today
