For a total consideration of Rs 800 crore, SAR Televenture Limited, a prominent supplier of managed network services and telecom infrastructure, has announced that it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity stakes in M/s Whitefield Communications Private Limited and M/s Blue Lotus Support Services Private Limited.
Following the news, the shares of SAR Televenture ended 1.75% higher at Rs 177.25 per share with a market value of Rs 835 Cr on the NSE SME platform on Monday.

For SAR Televenture, the deal will be a major strategic turning point as it will solidify its place in the rapidly growing telecom infrastructure market in India, and it anticipates growing its operational presence throughout the southern part of the nation.
SAR Televenture's primary business strategy of providing comprehensive telecom infrastructure solutions, such as tower management, fiber rollout, and network maintenance, is well aligned with its acquisition of Whitefield Communications and Blue Lotus Support Services.
SAR Televenture believes that the combined entity will gain from consolidated management systems, better logistics, and common infrastructure, which will increase operational effectiveness and service quality. As a result, in addition to the current 4,00,000 lacs customer base, the combined company will receive a further 4,50,000 aprx retail customers.
"This acquisition also marks SAR Televenture's strategic entry into high-growth markets across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. These states are witnessing significant acceleration in data usage and 5G network rollouts, making them critical regions for telecom infrastructure expansion. With Fusionnet Web Services Private Limited presence in Northern India, the acquisition will bring SAR Tele on PAN India Level," said SAR Televenture in a stock exchange filing.
