Okay Play India Posts 12.79% Revenue Growth In Q4 After 1:10 Stock Split Approval

OK Play India has announced financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 60.08 crore in the March 2024 quarter up 12.79% from Rs. 53.26 crore in the March 2023 quarter.

The company's quarterly net loss narrowed to Rs. 0.71 crore in Q4FY24 up 64.85% from Rs. 2.03 crore in Q4FY23.
The company said its EBITDA reached Rs. 11.48 crore in the quarter under review, up 18.72% from Rs. 9.67 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company raised funds during the quarter by issuing 1,35,30,000 fully convertible warrants at a preferential allotment price of Rs. 60.21, for a total of Rs. 8146.41 lacs for the year that ended on March 31, 2024. The remaining amount of Rs. 2829.12 lacs shall be received by the firm within a maximum of 18 months from the respective date of allotment. The company has already received Rs. 5317.29 lacs.

During the year ended March 31, 2024, the company raised Rs. 3193.75 lacs through the preferential allotment of 25,55,000 equity shares at the issue price of Rs. 125/- and Rs. 337.50 lacs through the preferential allotment of 10,000 fully convertible equity warrants at the issue price of Rs. 135/-. The warrant holders may exercise the warrants at their discretion within 18 months of the date of allotment.

"The equity shares of the company are sub-divided/split with effect from 11th March 2024 i.e. Record Date such that each equity share of face value of Rs. 10/-each are sub-divided into Ten equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1/- each ranking pari-passu in all respects. This was approved by the Equity Shareholders through Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 23rd February 2024," said OK Play India in a regulatory filing.

On Wednesday, the shares of OK Play India opened on the BSE at Rs 14.47 apiece.
