In order to draw potential participants, One Point One Solutions also intends to start digital marketing efforts, work with NGOs and job agencies, and conduct awareness campaigns at educational institutions. In collaboration with Community Resource Persons (CRPs), district mobilisation camps will be organised on a regular basis. Trainees will be mapped using Kaushal Panjee, a comprehensive tool developed by the Indian government to engage rural youth in skill development and employment.
