Paisalo Digital Raises Rs 33.73 Cr Through 700 Listed Commercial Papers; Shares Gain Over 6%

Paisalo Digital Limited has announced the allotment of 700 listed Commercial Papers (CPs) through private placement on October 14, 2025, as per the company's filing with the BSE and NSE.

Each CP has a face value of Rs 5 lakh, which adds up to Rs 33.73 crore in issue value and Rs 35 crore in redemption value, representing an 8.5% yield.

The CPs have been issued at a price of Rs 4,81,822.50 each for a tenure of 162 days, maturing on March 25, 2026.

For this issue, IDBI Bank Ltd. has been designated as the Issuing and Paying Agent (IPA). The allocation is in line with Paisalo's plan to strengthen its liquidity position and short-term funding efficiency.

Meanwhile, the company informed stock exchanges last week on October 10th that it had fully redeemed 600 NCDs on their maturity date, which is October 10, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the 9.95% Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Series: PDL042024, ISIN: INE420C07106), which had a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each.

On Wednesday, 15th October the shares of Paisalo Digital opened on the NSE at Rs 38.02 and surged to an intraday high of Rs 40.37 marking a gain of 6.27% from the previous close. During the afternoon trade while writing this copy, the stock was trading with an upside gap of 5% at Rs 39.83 apiece with a market cap of Rs 3,630.81 Cr.

The stock is now trading at Rs 40 after reaching a 52-week high of Rs 63.74 on December 6, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 29.38 on June 20, 2025. This indicates that the stock has recovered 36.15% from its 52-week low but is trading 37.25% below its 52-week high. The stock appears to be in a mid-range consolidation phase based on its current price, which is still well below its high levels despite indications of a slight recovery from recent lows.
