PC Jeweller Share Price Jumps 10% In One Month; Jewellery Stock Announces Board Meeting To Consider QIP
Shares of PC Jeweller Limited ended marginally lower after seeing heightened volatility throughout the trading session. The volatility in the jewellery stock came PC Jeweller announced fund raise through qualified institutions placement (QIP). The company's board of directors will meet this week to consider QIP proposal.
PC Jeweller share price today closed 0.5% lower at Rs 9.87 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 8,458.15 crore on Tuesday, July 14. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 10.13 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 9.79 per share during the trading session.

PC Jeweller Fund Raise Via QIP
The jewellery maker's board of directors will consider and approve "the raising of funds by way of issuance of securities through a Qualified Institutions Placement ("QIP")," as per the BSE filing released on Tuesday, July 14.
"The proceeds of the proposed QIP are intended to be primarily deployed towards supporting the Company's strategic growth initiatives, business expansion plans, capital requirements and other general corporate purposes, thereby strengthening its long-term growth trajectory," the BSE filing added further.
As per the company press release, it expects to complete the repayment of its remaining debt obligations during the current quarter. The repayment will be dun using the proceeds raised from earlier preferential issue of Fully Convertible Warrants to the promoter, along with internal accruals. The proposed QIP fundraise can be directed towards expansion and other strategic business initiatives.
PC Jeweller Share Price Trend
The stock closed marginally lower on Tuesday. The jewellery stock touched its 52-week high of Rs 18 per share on July 17, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 7.54 per share on March 3, 2026. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 20.94%. It has delivered close to 10.4% return in one month and around 6% return in 2026 so far.
