PC Jeweller Share Price Jumps 5% for 3rd Straight Session as Q2 Revenue Grows 28%

PC Jeweller shares extended their gains for the third consecutive session on Friday, October 9, as investors tracked the company's debt clearance progress and September-quarter business update. The jewellery company recently announced that all its mortgaged assets had been released following the settlement of dues with a consortium of 14 public sector banks.

PC Jeweller shares were trading at Rs 14.68 on the NSE at 11:46 AM IST, up Rs 0.78 or 5.61%. The stock opened at Rs 14.21 and touched an intraday high of Rs 14.93, while the low stood at Rs 13.96. From around Rs 9.55 at the beginning of 2026, the stock has gained more than 53% so far this year.

PC Jeweller Clears Dues With 14 Banks, Secures Release of All Mortgaged Assets

PC Jeweller informed the stock exchanges that it had received No Objection cum No Dues cum Release Letters from all 14 banks in the consortium following the settlement of dues. The company said all mortgaged assets belonging to it, along with those of its personal and corporate guarantors, had been released.

The company also confirmed that the original title deeds had been handed over to the relevant title holders. All charges, securities, guarantees and undertakings provided by the company and its guarantors now stand fully released. The development marks a significant step in resolving the company's longstanding debt-related issues.

PC Jeweller Q2 FY27 Business Update

PC Jeweller reported around 28% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue for the September 2026 quarter, citing healthy consumer demand. The company also received Rs 142 crore in remittances from outstanding export debtors during Q2 FY27.
