In an exchange filing on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, PC Jeweller said it received the final set of letters from the lenders on September 30. The company had earlier informed the stock exchanges on September 25 that it had become debt-free after clearing the outstanding dues of all 14 consortium banks. The total debt involved in the settlement was around Rs 3,000 crore.

The latest disclosure formally closes the settlement process with PC Jeweller's banking consortium. The No Objection cum No Dues cum Release Letters confirm that the outstanding dues covered under the settlement have been discharged and that the lenders have no further claims under the agreed settlement terms.

PC Jeweller said it discharged the outstanding debt of all 14 consortium banks under the Settlement Agreement dated September 30, 2024. According to the company, the repayments were completed ahead of the scheduled due dates.
The completion of the repayment process removes the outstanding bank debt from the company's balance sheet and marks an important step in its financial restructuring. PC Jeweller One-Time Settlement With Banks
PC Jeweller had entered into a one-time settlement arrangement with its lending consortium in September 2024 to resolve its outstanding bank dues. Under a one-time settlement, the borrower and lenders agree on terms for resolving the outstanding credit exposure, including the amount and payment schedule.
The company has now completed the agreed repayment obligations. PC Jeweller said it had "successfully discharged the remaining outstanding debt of the banks and has achieved its financial objective of a debt-free status".
The jewellery retailer further said the achievement "will materially strengthen the company's balance sheet and financial position". The latest letters from all 14 lenders provide formal confirmation of the completion of the settlement process.
