Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film has already crossed the Rs 150 crore mark in domestic collections, while its worldwide box office earnings are now on the verge of surpassing Rs 200 crore.

In another milestone, the movie has already tied with Ram Charan's blockbuster RRR. Peddi achieved 2 million ticket sales on BookMyShow in just two and a half days. With this, it is a tie with RRR for the fourth fastest spot after Pushpa 2, Kalki 2898 AD and Baahubali 2, as per Sacnilk report.

After achieving the milestone, Peddi has officially tied with RRR for the fourth-fastest record on the platform. Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule holds the top spot on the list as the movie received tremendous response via pre-release bookings only. Deepika Padukone and Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD achieved the feat in 1.5 days, whereas Prabhas starrer Baahubali 2: The Conclusion breached the BMS 2 million ticket sale mark in two days.
