A-1 Limited Q1 Result

A-1 Limited's profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 1.13 crore in Q1FY27 against Rs 23.84 lakh in Q1FY26. The company's net profit stood at Rs 144.94 lakh in Q4FY26. Its total revenue from operations stood at Rs 17,501.28 lakh during the quarter under review against Rs 6,469.30 lakh reported in the year-ago period. Its earnings per share stood at Rs 0.07 in Q1FY27.

Segment Wise Revenue Generation

The revenue from acids and chemicals segment stood at Rs 17,195.46 lakhs in Q1FY27, against Rs 6,478.52 lakh reported in the year ago period. The company's revenue from sports equipment segment came in at Rs 317.67 lakh during the quarter that ended in June 2026. The company did not generate any revenue in the segment in Q1FY26.

Bonus Issue, Stock Split Highlight

During the December quarter of FY26, the company's board of directors approved a 3:1 bonus issue along with a stock split. As per the press release, the board had approved sub-division of stocks from Rs 10 to Re 1. The record date for the corporate action was fixed as January 8, 2026. The paid up equity share capital stood at Rs 4,600 lakh.

A-1 Share Price Trend

The stock closed 4.96% higher at Rs 5.71 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 262.66 crore. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 5.71 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 5.24 per share. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 17.89%. Its share price value has surged close to 8.76% in a week. But it has declined around 88% in 2026 so far.
