Penny Stock Alert: Shares of GACM Technologies Limited ended higher on Thursday after the announcement of the first-quarter results for the financial year 2026-27. The fintech company reported a net profit of Rs 1.51 crore. The board has also approved a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) worth Rs 49.5 crore.

GACM Technologies Q1 Result

The company reported a net profit of Rs 1.51 crore in Q1FY27 against Rs 1.57 crore in the March quarter of FY26. The firm's net profit stood at Rs 3.03 crore in Q1FY26. GACM Technologies' net revenue from operations for the quarter under review came at Rs 4.10 crore against Rs 4.85 crore in the March quarter. Its net revenue stood at Rs 5.87 crore in Q1FY26.

GACM Technologies QIP

GACM Technologies has also opened QIP. As per its press release, the regulatory floor price for the QIP was Rs 0.67 per share. The firm had fixed the issue price at Re 1 per share, which is nearly 49.3% above the floor price. Hence, the QIP presents a premium of around 33.3%.

"The Company wishes to inform the opening of the Qualified Institutional Placement (the "Issue") of equity shares of face value of Re 1.00 each, for an aggregate amount of up to ₹49.50 Crores, to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI of the SEBI ICDR Regulations."

GACM Technologies Share Price Trend

The stock closed with 2.74% gain at Rs 0.75 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 82.71 crore on Thursday. It touched an intraday high of Rs 0.76 and an intraday low of Rs 0.74. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 13.23%. Its share price value has 56% in a month and around 36% in 2026 so far.
