Nandan Denim Q1 Result

The denim maker reported a 32% annual surge in net profit to Rs 14.79 crore in the June quarter of financial year 2026-27. The company's net profit stood at Rs 11.19 crore in the June quarter of financial year 2025-26. Nandan Denim's net revenue from operations stood at Rs 622.38 crore in Q1FY27, down from Rs 1047.67 crore in Q1FY26.

Nandan Denim's net profit before tax stood at Rs 10.32 lakh, against Rs 14.82 lakh against the corresponding quarter last year. The company's bottom-line growth benefited from Rs 5.07 lakh credit related to short provision for income tax/deferred tax for earlier year. The deferred tax for the current quarter stood at Rs 58.98 lakh. The firm's basic earnings per share stood at Rs 0.10 against Rs 0.08 in the corresponding quarter.

The stock closed 1.72% higher at Rs 2.37 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 341.63 crore on Thursday, August 13. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 2.50 per share and an intraday low of Rs 2.35 per share. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 6.11%. Its share price value has surged close to 24% in three years. But it has declined around 30% in one year and around 49% in two years.
