"The Bonus issue of the-shares will be made in the ratio of 1:1 [ i.e, 1 (one) Fully paid up equity shares for every 1(one) equity shares held.] to the shareholders on such date (Record Date) as may be determined by the board of directors(s) after approval of Shareholders in general meeting," said Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company in a stock exchange filing.

The company is going to issue bonus shares of 5,33,50,000 equity shares @ 1/- each amounting to Rs. 5,33,50,000 ( Five Crore Thirty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only).

Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 0.87 crore in the March 2023 quarter, which is a rise of 125.21% from Rs -3.44 crore in the corresponding quarter in the previous year. In Q4FY23, the company reported a net profit of Rs. 0.55 crore, an increase of 307.73% from Q4FY22's net loss of Rs. 0.27 crore. From Rs. 0.50 in March 2022 to Rs. 1.03 in March 2023, the Leading Leasing EPS has grown.

The shares of Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company opened today on the BSE at Rs 5.45 apiece and are currently trading at RS 5.40 with a downside gap of 0.92%.
