Penny Stock Under Rs 10 Rallies On AI Update | Do You Own?
Golden Legand Leasing and Finance drew investor attention on Thursday after the penny stock moved sharply from its intraday low following an update on its proposed digital platform, Bade BhaiSab. The non-banking finance company said the platform is being developed to help users deal with debt-related financial challenges through consent-based technology tools and counselling support.
The stock opened at ₹9.46 apiece, higher than its previous close of ₹9.27 on Wednesday. It touched an intraday low of ₹9.11 on 9 July before rising to ₹9.79, marking a gain of 6.94% from the day's low. The move placed the counter among penny stocks under ₹10 that saw active interest during the session.

In an exchange filing dated 9 July, Golden Legand said Bade BhaiSab is being built as an AI-enabled digital platform. The company described it as a technology-driven offering aimed at assisting individuals facing debt-related financial stress. The platform is expected to analyse a user's financial profile using consent-based financial information.
According to the company, Bade BhaiSab will offer tools such as personalised debt resolution plans and financial counselling. The stated aim is to help borrowers manage financial obligations through a structured approach. The filing indicates that the company wants to position the platform as part of a wider digital lending and financial services ecosystem.
Golden Legand said the platform is intended to support responsible borrowing, improve customer engagement and strengthen its technology-led financial services portfolio. The company added that development is progressing as planned. It proposes to launch Bade BhaiSab after completion of development work and operational readiness.
"The development of Bade BhaiSab is progressing as planned, and the Company proposes to launch the platform upon completion of the development process and operational readiness," Golden Legand said in the filing. The company also said it would inform the exchanges about any material developments related to the launch and operational commencement of the platform.
Why the update matters for a penny stock under ₹10
For investors tracking low-priced stocks, corporate updates around digital expansion often lead to heightened trading interest. In Golden Legand's case, the announcement comes at a time when many small finance companies are trying to build technology-led lending, payment and customer engagement platforms. However, such plans usually require execution, compliance and sustained capital support.
Penny stocks are often more volatile than larger listed companies. Their prices can move sharply on limited news flow, lower liquidity or speculative activity. A rise from an intraday low does not by itself confirm a change in business fundamentals. Investors generally look for follow-up disclosures, regulatory approvals, revenue visibility and operational details before assessing long-term impact.
