For FY26, Nandan Denim posted net profit of ₹33.13 crore, marginally lower than ₹33.45 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations slipped to ₹2,871.87 crore compared with ₹3,546.68 crore a year earlier, while total income for the period came in at ₹2,886.07 crore.

The company trimmed costs during FY26, cushioning the profit impact from softer sales. Total expenses dropped to ₹2,843.82 crore from ₹3,508.45 crore in FY25, mainly due to cheaper raw materials. Raw material costs declined to ₹2,486.05 crore, compared with ₹3,118.24 crore in the previous financial year.

Finance costs eased sharply over the year, offering further support to the bottom line. Interest and related charges reduced to ₹17.66 crore from ₹36.74 crore in FY25. Employee benefit expenses stayed almost unchanged at ₹87.95 crore, suggesting a stable staff cost base during the period.

The Board of Directors approved the audited standalone financial statements on 28 May 2026. The market reacted the next session, with Nandan Denim share price gaining more than 1% on 29 May after the Q4 and full-year earnings were released.
