Petrol, Diesel Prices Hiked For Fourth Day In A Row
Petrol and diesel prices have been hiked by oil marketing companies for the fourth day in a row. Petrol which was retailing at Rs 90.99 in Delhi on May 6 has now moved to Rs 91.27 on May 7, thus seeing a jump of 28 paise.
Similarly, in the city of Bengaluru the price of petrol has moved higher by 29 paise. Petrol which was retailing at Rs 94.01 in Bengaluru on may 6 has now moved higher to Rs 94.30, thus seeing a jump of 29 paise.
Price of petrol and diesel has been on the rise, ever since the election results for the Bengal state assembly were announced. International prices of crude oil too have been on the rise, thus putting pressure on oil marketing companies to raise prices.
