Petrol, Diesel Rate Today: Check Fuel Prices In Your City Now

The prices of petrol and diesel continue to remain unchanged today as Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) decide to keep prices of fuel steady all over the country for the 38th day.

The price of petrol prices in Delhi costs Rs 96.72 per litre while the prices of diesel is recorded at Rs 89.62 per litre while in Mumbai, price of petrol is recorded at Rs 111.35 per litre and diesel price is available at Rs 97.28 per litre.

Petro, Diesel Prices In Bangalore and Lucknow: It is important to note that the prices of petrol and diesel continue to remain same as on June 29, 2022.. Now the prices of petrol and diesel have remained unchanged for more than a month ever since finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a cut in excise duty on petrol and diesel. She announced an excuse duty slash on petrol by Rs 8 per litre and Rs 6 per litre on diesel earlier this year on May 21.

Public sector oil marketing companies including Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) update prices of fuel everyday keeping in line with benchmark global prices and foreign exchange rates. If any changes in the prices of petrol and diesel occur, it is implemented at 6 am everyday.
