Petrol, Diesel Rate Unchanged On Aug 27; Crude Prices To Post Biggest Weekly Gains
Petrol and diesel rates after now constant for two consecutive days after seeing a cut on Wednesday. And after the rates have been kept as it is, fuel rates are as following:

Internationally, crude prices gained today and are on course to post good weekly gains. This is as near term supply concerns surfaced as energy companies began shutting in production in the Gulf of Mexico ahead of a potential hurricane forecast to hit on the weekend. US WTI crude future gained to $67.58 per barrel, hence close to posting 8% gains for the week, its strongest since February.
