PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Instalment Date

PM Kisan beneficiaries will receive the next instalment of the farmer welfare scheme in June or July. Based on the past trends, PM Kisan beneficiaries are expected to receive the money during the second or third week in June. However, an official confirmation regarding the PM Kisan instalment date is awaited.

What is the PM Kisan Scheme?

Launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme offers financial assistance to farmers on an annual basis. Under the scheme, eligible and registered beneficiaries receive Rs 6,000 every year in three equal instalments. Which means that PM Kisan beneficiaries receive Rs 2,000 every four months through DBT.

PM KIsan e-KYC

PM Kisan beneficiaries must ensure to have completed their e-KYC and that their Aadhaar card is linked to their bank account to receive their instalment amount. Failure to complete PM Kisan e-KYC would result in missing out on the instalment of Rs 2,000.

There are three different ways to complete PM Kisan e-KYC. Beneficiaries can opt for OTP-based e-KYC, biometric-based e-KYC, or they can go for face authentication-based e-KYC.
