On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead an all-party meeting for presenting the centre's legislative agenda for the Budget session. The all-party meeting this time is being organized after the commencement of the Budget session which began with President Kovind's address to the joint sitting of both the houses of the Parliament.

Typically these all-party meetings are convened for ensuring uninterrupted functioning of both the Houses before the parliamentary session.
During the online meeting, opposition parties are expected to demand a discussion on the agitation of farmers that is currently ongoing at various border points of Delhi. In view of the pandemic, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha are meeting in shifts of five hours each for adhering to the social distancing norms.
