Shares in HFC company PNB Housing Finance slipped in early trade by as much as 3% to day's low price of Rs. 211 on the BSE compared to its previous day's close of Rs. 218.1 per share .
PNB Housing Finance Slips On Reports Of Sales Of Its Corporate Assets Plan
In a release the company on Thursday, n Thursday said it is actively looking to further sell its corporate assets to streamline balance sheet and has reworked its business plan for the current fiscal as the coronavirus pandemic has changed the dynamics. The company is actively looking down to further sell its corporate asset and make the balance sheet further asset light.
In the fy ending 2020, the company sold off its corporate assets worth Rs 2,307 crore which helped in improving its CRAR (capital to risk weighted assets ratio) to 17.98 by end of March 2020.
At 9:30 am, the stock of PNB Housing Finance traded lower by 1.88% at Rs. 214 per share on the BSE.
