Pranav Constructions IPO

Pranav Constructions IPO will open for subscription on September 7 and close on September 9, 2026. Pranav Constructions is a Mumbai-based redevelopment company incorporated in 2003. The IPO worth Rs. 351.03 crore has a price band of Rs. 118 to Rs. 124 per share and a lot size of 120 shares and the minimum required investment for retail investors is Rs. 14,880.

The basis of allotment is expected on September 10, while the shares are likely to list on September 15 on BSE and NSE. The issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs. 315.6 crore and an offer for sale of 28,56,869 shares by Bio Urja India Infra Private Limited.

Financially, the company reported a 20% YoY increase in revenue to Rs. 761.60 crore in FY26, while net profit rose 15% to Rs. 71.32 crore.
As per the data from investorgain, Pranav Constructions IPOGMP is currently at Rs. 33, as of September 4th. If we calculate on the upper price band of Rs. 124, the potential listing price is around Rs. 157 with an expected gain of 26.61% over the issue price.

Prasol Chemicals IPO

Opening on September 8 is Prasol Chemicals IPO which is worth Rs. 500 crore. The IPO has a price band of Rs. 643 to Rs. 676 per share and the bidding will close on September 10th. Allotment is expected on September 11 and the shares are scheduled to list on September 16 on BSE and NSE. Retail investors can bid for a minimum Rs. 14,872. for 22 shares which is 1 lot. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs. 80 crore and an offer for sale of Rs. 420 crore.

The company operated in the specialty chemical segment and was Incorporated in 1992, Prasol the IPO holds the highest valuation among the three. At the upper price band, it is valued at around 47 times FY26 earnings, based on an EPS of Rs. 14.33.

The latest reported GMP stands at around Rs. 100, as of September 4th. The potential listing price for the IPO is expected to be Rs. 676 with a gain of approximately 14.79%.

Glass Wall Systems IPO

Another issue is Glass Wall Systems IPO which is also opening on September 8 and closing on September 10. The total issue size is Rs. 427.89 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of Rs. 60 crore and an offer for sale of Rs. 367.89 crore. Glass Wall Systems was founded in 2010 and is a facade and fenestration solutions in India, the US and Australia.

The allotment for the Glass Wall Systems IPO is expected on September 11, with listing scheduled for September 16 on BSE and NSE. The IPO has a price band of Rs. 172 to Rs. 182 per share, with a lot size of 82 shares and the minimum required investment comes to Rs. 14,924.

The latest reported GMP for Glass Wall Systems IPO is Rs. 40, as of today and in the gery market the IPO is trading at Rs. 222 which hints at potential gain of 21.98%.
