Prateek Yadav Net Worth: Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav's younger son, Prateek Yadav, passed away in Lucknow on Wednesday morning, according to an ANI report. He was rushed to Civil Hospital in Lucknow following a sudden health complication, where he was declared dead.
Prateek Yadav was reportedly battling depression for the past year. Known for his passion for fitness and for maintaining a low public profile away from politics, he was the younger half-brother of Akhilesh Yadav. He was married to Aparna Yadav. Following his demise, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and several other political leaders expressed their condolences.

Prateek Yadav remained in news for his fitness and he used to run a fitness chain and was active in the real estate business. Prateek focused on gym operations, property development and investment projects in and around Lucknow. Associates described Prateek as deeply involved in day-to-day management of these ventures and keen on expanding his client network.
Prateek's mother was Mulayam Singh Yadav's second wife, Sadhana Gupta. This made Prateek a half-sibling of Akhilesh Yadav within the wider Yadav family. Despite strong political links on both parental and marital sides, Prateek preferred entrepreneurial work and public engagement through fitness activities instead of electoral politics.

His wife, Aparna Yadav and Prateek Yadav together owned an immovable properties worth of Rs 23 crore. Income was attributed to both fitness ventures and real estate, including property dealing and construction.
In 2015, Prateek Yadav had launched his flagship gym business, Iron Core Fit. The brand later expanded with several branches. Equipment at these centres was reported to be imported from Italy and the United States. Annual membership fees were said to be around Rs 35,000 per client, targeting customers seeking premium facilities.
Along with gym ownership, Prateek offered fitness training, promotions and branding services for several companies. Real estate work covered property transactions, investment planning and building projects. Prateek remained active on social media, often posting workout videos and fitness tips, encouraging followers to adopt regular exercise and healthy routines.
