Premier Energies Share Price Today: Shares of Premier Energies rallied during Friday's trading session after the solar module maker reported 50% year-on-year jump in its profit for the June quarter of financial year 2026-27. Its net revenue increased 35% on a yearly basis.
Premier Energies stock opened strong in Friday's trading session and was trading 0.33% higher at Rs 1048.5 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 47,596.82 crore. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 1,062.25 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 1,022.30 per share during trading session.

Premier Energies Q1 Result Review
Premier Energies outperformed during the June quarter as its revenue came in 6% higher than the estimate by Motilal Oswal Financial Services. According to the brokerage, its EBITDA came 13% above the estimate as performance was driven by lower-than-expected interest costs, strong order book growth, and upbeat performance in the Power Transmission & Distribution segment.
Premier Energies Q1 Result
Premier Energeis June quarter net profit came in at Rs 463.1 crore, which is 50.4% higher than the profit in the same quarter in previous financial year. Its revenue from operations surged by 35.3% to Rs 2,462.6 crore.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) surged by 30.3% to Rs 714.4 crore, The company's EBITDA margin stood at 29% in Q1FY27 against 30.1% in the corresponding quarter.
Premier Energies Share Price Recommendation
Motilal Oswal maintained a 'Buy' rating for the stock, but didn't reveal the target price as the experts await management commentary at conference call scheduled for 11 am on Friday.

The stock opened higher on Friday. It touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 1,134 per share on July 10, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 660.80 per share on February 1, 2026. Its return on equity (ROE) stood at 8.6%. Its share price value has surged around 3% in two weeks and around 32% in six months.
