"At the said Board Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, 08-11-2023, the Directors will consider proposal for Buy Back of Equity Shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations 2018," the company informed to the stock exchanges.

The revenue from operations for the first quarter of FY24 was Rs 1,652 crore, down 38.7% from Rs 2,696 crore in the same quarter of FY23. In the first quarter of this fiscal year, EBITDA plummeted 86.2 per cent to Rs 105 crore from Rs 763 crore in Q1FY23.
