Pushpa 2: The Rule is hitting milestone after milestone. On December 11, 2024, the Allu Arjun-starrer movie is expected to hit the Rs 1,000 crore mark, making Pushpa 2 the fastest Rs 1,000 crore grosser in India. That being said, Pushpa 2 is now just a couple of crores away from dethroning Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan from seventh spot in the top 10 highest-grossing movies list in India.
Pushpa 2: The Rule Day 6 Box Office Collection:
On the end of Day 6, Puspha 2 has likely bagged Rs 955 crore box office collection, and it is expected to cross Rs 1,000 crore by December 11.
Pushpa bagged Rs 52.50 crore India net on its sixth day for all languages, as per the early estimate Sacnilk.
Nonetheless, Pushpa 2's worldwide gross collection stood at Rs 955 crore as of now, giving it the eighth rank in the top 10 highest grossing movie. The Allu Arjun movie has already overtaken Ranbir Kapoor's Animal and Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Animal and Bhaijaan are now at ninth and tenth rank in the top 10 list with box office collection of Rs 917.82 crore and Rs 867-969.06 crore worldwide.
Pushpa 2 is currently at the eighth rank.
Once, Pushpa 2 crosses the Rs 1,000 crore club, its next big takeover could be Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan which is currently at the seventh rank in highest grossing movies list with a collection of Rs 1,050.30-1,052.50 crore.
Before Pathaan, the Telugu film Kalki 2898 AD holds the sixth rank with a worldwide box office collection of Rs 1,100-1,200 crore.

The Indian Telegu-language movie Puspha 2 hit the Indian multiplexes on December 5, 2024. Directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, it is a sequel to Pusha: The Rise, which was released in 2021.
With a similar storyline that revolves around the smuggling of Red Sandalwood, Pushpa, is played by Allu Arjun. The South Indian megastar is paired with Rashmika Mandanna, who is playing the role of his wife Srivalli. Pushpa's setback in the movie would be IPS officer SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, played by Fahadh Faasil. After being humiliated by Pushpa in the first movie, Shekhawat vowed to take revenge and destroy Pushpa.
Data from Elara Securities revealed that footfalls during November have been muted, with an occupancy rate of around 25%. October occupancy was particularly low, falling below 20%. However, December is set to be one of the best months for cinema chains, driven by strong movie releases. Pushpa 2 is likely to achieve more than 40%+ occupancy, with overall Q3FY25 occupancy set at 29-32%.
The brokerage also believes that Pushpa 2 would provide a boost to the industry's adv revenue which was muted in the October - November period.
